BGM is a Black-woman founded, owned and led arts consulting firm. An incubator of artists, administrators and creatives, we believe in putting our clients, their artists and their communities, at the center of our work. We value storytelling and creating feasible and actionable plans rooted in an institution's core values. Our work is focused through the lens of truth telling and equitable practices in the areas of executive management, artist development, program and project development; management and fundraising.
